Summary: Please join us for a brown bag discussion with Pablo Kalmanovitz about the current
peace negotiations in Colombia with the United Self-defense Forces of Colombia. He will
discuss the way the political process produced the current transitional legal framework, and
provide a brief overall assessment of the process.
